2. DATA PROCESSED

The categories of personal data we may process are:
● Your identification and contact data (via the contact forms you fill in). If you fail to provide us with this information, we may be unable to contact you to respond to your request.
● Your IP address, your browsing data (via the use of cookies). For your information, cookies and necessary tracers cannot be refused as they are necessary for the operation of the site. Analytical cookies, which are used to measure the audience on our website, are deposited only with your consent. In the event of refusal, your navigation on the site could be degraded and the advertisements displayed on your terminal will not be personalized.
● Your professional data (via contact forms, or your CV and cover letter). If you fail to provide us with this information we may be unable to consider your application or contact you again.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, information relating to a person’s racial or ethnic origins, political, philosophical or religious opinions, trade union membership, health or sex life is not collected and is prohibited within our company (sensitive data).

 

3. PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING

By collecting your data, we aim to:
● Respond to your requests via the contact form
● Contact you to inform you about our activities and news.
● Get to know you better so that we can send you advertising offers that suit you best.
● To facilitate contact for recruitment purposes if you apply for a job or send us a spontaneous application.
● To compile audience statistics for our website using your browsing data.

 

4. LAWFULNESS OF PROCESSING AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO CONSENT (ART. 6 AND 7 OF THE GDPR)

EUROLEADS undertakes to use the data collected in strict compliance with current legislation, and with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, known as the GDPR.
We generally rely on your consent to be able to collect your data and fulfil our purposes. Consequently, you can withdraw the latter at any time by contacting us.
Exceptions:
Regarding data collected via the contact form (“Contact”), your data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest. You may object to such processing by ticking the appropriate box at the end of the form or by contacting us via the contact form.
Regarding recruitment data (processing of data provided on your CV and covering letter), we base the processing of your personal data on the performance of pre-contractual measures (all formalities prior to being able to conclude your employment contract or to examine your file with a view to offering you a possible contract).

 

5. DATA STORAGE

Browsing data (traffic statistics, IP address) collected on the http://www.euroleads.eu website is kept for a maximum of 12 months from the date of collection.
Data collected on the http://www.euroleads.euwebsite, if you have filled in our contact forms, are kept for a maximum of 36 months from the last contact with you.
Data collected for recruitment purposes will be kept by EUROLEADS for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact with the candidate.
At the end of these periods, all data concerning you will be deleted.

 

6. INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act and the GDPR, any person may exercise his or her right to access, rectify, oppose, limit processing, delete and port his or her data. The data subject can make their request by signed letter to the EUROLEADS head office address: 9 Rue Michelet 37000 TOURS.
You can also contact us via our e-mail address: contact@euroleads.eu.
Once we have received your request, we will reply within one month at the latest.
In this case, we kindly ask you to include the necessary identification details with your request (surname, first name, e-mail, postal address, telephone number, etc.). We may ask you for further information to confirm your identity if necessary. This request for information suspends the one-month deadline for providing you with a response, as stipulated in the regulations. Once we have received the information, we will respond to your request within the remaining time.
You also have the right to appeal to the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l’informatique et des libertés) by clicking on this link : https://www.cnil.fr/fr/adresser-une-plainte. Or you can appeal to the Data Protection Authority of your country, in the event of a breach of the regulations applicable to the protection of Personal Data and particularly the GDPR.

 

7. DATA SECURITY AND PROCESSING (GDPR ART. 32)

EUROLEADS undertakes to ensure the confidentiality of the data collected, and to implement all appropriate technical and organizational measures to preserve their security and integrity, against accidental loss, alteration, dissemination or unauthorized access.

 

8. DATA BREACH AND COMMUNICATION (ART 33 AND 34 OF THE GDPR)

In the event of a violation or suspected violation of personal data, EUROLEADS will notify the French CNIL within 72 hours of becoming aware of it.
If the personal data breach could have a significant impact on your rights or cause you significant harm, we will notify you as soon as possible.

 

9. TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE THE EU

EUROLEADS’ servers are hosted in the European Union.
EUROLEADS service providers who may be required to process your personal data may be located outside the European Union.
Should data be transferred outside the European Union, we will use the appropriate legal mechanisms to support such transfers, including the signature of additional contractual clauses, validated by the European Commission, specifically designed for this type of transfer, as well as the implementation of additional technical and organizational safeguards. We may also rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decisions, which define the countries to which we can transfer data without risk.

 

10. RECIPIENTS OF YOUR DATA

10.1 Internal recipients of your data at EUROLEADS

For recruitment data: only the company’s HR teams, managers and technical teams will have access to the personal data you enter as part of the recruitment process.
For data entered in forms or your browsing data: Only employees concerned by the request within the company will have access to this data.

10.2 External recipients of your data

For data collected via contact forms (“Contact”): our partner Hubspot may have access to the data you have filled in via our contact forms.
For recruitment data: our partner Werecruit may have access to the data you send us for recruitment purposes. This data is pseudonymized (encrypted) to protect your identity.
For browsing data: the partners indicated in the cookies banner may have access to the data collected during your browsing on our site (more details at the bottom of the site page by clicking on “Cookie settings”).
